They are mirrors. Basically 2 different download locations, so one doesnt get completely swamped.

That's correct, they are mirrors to try and ease congestion.

We will add more mirrors tomorrow and beyond, where appropriate.

sega server seems to be very fast, i don't think you'll need more mirrors. If they survive now (and my download is already done) with bunch of crazy fans, i think you'll not need more mirrors
