I think so. At least in the previous versions of FM it was possible according to SI. Never seen it happen, though.

in my game sevilla atletico are in the bbva. if that helps.

The rule is that B teams have to remain always a division below the A team. So if Seville, for example, is in First Division, Sevilla Atletico will be able to get to BBVA. The year Atletico Madrid went down to Second Division, their B team had got the promotion from Segunda B, yet were forced to stay there, since the two teams would have been in the same league.

That should be able to happen, although there may be a slight randomness about it happening, along with how good your B Teams players are.

Yes it can. I manage Cultural Leonesa (division B2B) and in FM 2007 my 2nd. team was promoted to the B2 division....actually it was promoted to divsion 2 after a while. This took a few years of course and you need to have a half decent 2 nd. team to get promoted.

another question is can a b side not in the leagues get into secunda b
