if u have a client - depending on the client it will download toa folder in your my documents folder called "downloads"

or if its bitlord - go to my comp>programfiles>bitlord>downloads


for other clients, try right clicking and selecting open file location.

Or search for the name of the torrent on ur hard drive.

They are using a torrent first, because it uses P2P logic - which basically means that the information one user downloads, is then shared to be downloaded by others, even those with incomplete files upload certain parts of the file.

People do not get access to your computer either.

Think of it as viral marketing, but with a download, one person can download and upload to another ten, those ten to another to another hundred, hundred to a thousand etc.

With torrents its a case of once u hit 100% locating the file, usually fairly easy, you can use the windows search function if you are unsure, then running the exe.

If you can, you can seed - which means once u hit 100% leave it uploading so that others can get faster downloads.

so far im averaging 40-100kb/s, on 50%, once downloaded i will tweak my upload settings to maximum hope you all do the same
