right installed the patch fixes are all great and all but the db researchin is poor first of all many players are over looked Luis suarez is under rated when irl he has 2 caps for uruguay and 1 goal bu in the game he doesnt he is fast irl but in the game he is not and second afonso alves international caps are again wrong he has 8 caps and 1 goal for brazil but on the game he has 5 with no goals Also think most english players are over rated considering there last major tournament was 2006 and they failed to qualifie for next years euro 2008 will there be any db fixes for these players plus more?

yep seems to me that alot of leagues were undercooked also db was locked too early....Colombia and African in particular....

There are tens of thousands of players in the database - to say it's "poor" because of a missed cap here and there is silly. There is no real life database listing speed, creativity, vision etc of players - these are subjective opinions. If you think you can do better, visit the data forum and discuss with the researchers, or try to become a researcher.

As for the England players... many of the England squad fit into some of the better club sides in Europe, successfully playing alongside or against some of the best non-English players in world football. On the whole, they're not overrated. What the game can't realistically do is "England will always perform worse than the sum of their parts".

In other words, they have better things to do than fix a few little statistics.

Also, every's views on how good a player can be different.

'there (sic) last international tournament was 2006' - erm, has there been an international tournament since then that they could have participated in then? yes they've not qualified for euro 2008, but i'd hope it's not escaped your attention that that non-qualification was only decided tonight, when the patch was already being uploaded?

there's a data forum if you have constructive feedback. the Suarez and Alves issues should be reported in either the general Holland data thread or in threads for Ajax and Heerenveen - your complaints won't get seen here. as for english players, saying 'most english players are over rated' won't cut it - name names, give reasons and make a strong case why they should be changed (in the data forum).

i think i speak for all researchers when i say nothing will ever be changed on the basis of someone merely saying a player (or players) are overrated.

Im not sayin just today that they lost but there who qual they were poor were on fm they go out and beat teams like italy portugal in euro 2008 and win it with ease and there was also a ghanian player before the new patch who didnt have any senoir caps but in rl he had over 20 senoir caps wich is now fixed in the patch
