Default Which EPL teams start with the highest transfer budgets?
I'm starting a new game and want to manage a bad PL team with a lot of money to spend on transfers. Last year i did it with portsmouth, they had £30m. I'd prefer a team who are expecting a bottom third finish, i want to spend all my money on kids, and would like to be able to field a whole team of them.

Could people please list (approximately) how much money each PL team starts with.

I'm not sure what you want...an EPL team that has a lot of money but expected to finish in Bottom 3?? Wouldn't they have less money then? Anyway, go for Sunderland. niall quinn is a virtual cash daddy. Man City expected to finish 14th-15th too and has LOADS of cash thanks to the rich Thai
