Hi do any of you guys have trouble with fm2008 and conceeding goals? every team i have been, a couple of the first games of the season i loos 7 or 8 nil. every single time. this must be a bug
maybe, just maybe, its because you've assembled a new tactic they are not used to, bought in a new traing regime they have never done, and disrupted the squad with buying and selling players.
i havent been on fm recently as im waiting for the patch . but it seemed to me that you could not play a game , without you or the opposition having to score . e.g. winnining 3-0 against a poor team , last 5 mins , they have a rare attack and score to make it 3-1 (this happend on numerous occasions) . hopefully the patch would have addressed these issues and fixed them

I did get beaten once 8-2 which I thought was over the top but thats the only time in about 250 matches...
