I understand that this adds to the overall realism of the game and is a good feature... but has anyone ever had stadium expansion rejected under planning permission? If so, can this ever be overturned? I'm playing as Basel in Switzerland and the yocals... sorry, locals have objected to the plans? Has anyone ever had expansion rejected then accepted at a later date?
I had this when the board finally agreed to a stadium expansion. Planning permission then denied, at the end of the season if I remember correctly,and then the following season they said they didn't see the need for expansion??
I haven't been a club with enough money to expand the stadium in '08 yet. In '07 I got an expansion blocked by planning permission when I was in the Championship and the next season after being promoted I was allowed to expand the stadium (the board then built a brand new stadium the very next year the idiots).
