I have selected 4 nations, England as playable and then Sapin, Scotland and Italy as View Only.

I shall be managing in England at the start of my career, but will i be able to accept and manage in one of the three other nations (Spain, Italy or Scotland)?

i.e. Would England then become View Only and Spain Playable (if i got the barcelona job)?

nope, if they could figure out how to do that it would be amazing, but they cant, so its not.

No. View Only leagues do not allow you to manage in those leagues. You can only see their league standings as they progress throughout the season.

The only nations you can manage in, are the ones you have chosen as "Playable".

you would get a chance to manage a team that is in the list when you are adding manager unless u have so much experiance then maybe after world cup you would get to manage a big country
