| No don't delete the patch. Just click on that link I gave, look under: Localized WinRAR versions for the language you want. It should just then download to your desktop.

double click on the winrar exe file you have downloaded to install it.

Got to be honest mate, I don't know what that problem is.
Are you the administrator on you computer, do you have administrator rights?
Hopefully someone will be able to help you a bit more.

try other stuff
any other .exe , if this error comes again, then u have dat silly virus,
try right click then open mite work
