Hi I need a tutorial on how to creat this symbol (logo) I guess it can be done with pen tool but tell me how. Thanx in advance

To do that one, Evil Nemesis you're actually going to have to learn the pen tool. The time you invest now will be repaid a zillion-fold as it is primary to all vector apps and important in many others, PS, 3D apps etc.

A great start is to use Jay Arraich's tutorials. Here's the first page of his pen tool series. Go through them, practice them, and then place an image you wish to trace on a layer in Photoshop and use it as a pattern for drawing the paths. This first job will be very difficult but if you stick to it you will have learned the pen tool for good. [righton]

The pen tool will give you the shape(s) but there are some clever bevels going on here too. perhaps you would be wise to create the bevels on a different layer...

I am not sure I understand your problem but if you want two shapes instead of one make each shape on a different "shape layer" (or what they are called).
