Once I am able to get rid of 2 of them (Studwick & Beswick) I'll be able to have 7 stars in everything

why do you need 3 gk coaches for 4 goalies?

Go to portugal Porto, a dutch youth coach.
The guy is amazing, hoipe you have lots of money to get him. The guy is perfect.
Also Vilas Boas, the personal scout of Jose Mourinho, his there with no job. He has 20 - 20 on judging player talent and potencial. You can't miss him.
