That can actually help me with this stupid patch, keeps saying after it get unzipped, ERROR:could not locate football manager installation folder, browse and open fm.exe.

This is garbage and im so mad! so is there a customer support number that can help me with this?

The error "could not locate football manager installation folder", could mean a couple of things. I'm going to hedge my bets though that it's trying to find the default installation folder on your computer. Normally this is C>Program Files>Sports Interactive>fm.exe

It's asking you to browse to the location where the file is so it can patch over the exe and do it's work. The installing of the game is not SI's fault.
