I still waiting for my copy of FM 2008 to arrive. Do you guys on here think that FM 2008 is playable right out of the box or not?

Playable? Yes

But I would heavily advise against it. Download the patch!

I was honestly on the verge of stopping playing due to how ridiculous the defending was more than anything. But the patch has made such a huge difference.

So if you awnt to truely enjoy the game instead of getting fustrated or pulling your hair out, get the patch!

I am still waiting for my copy too (tbh I ordered it yesterday) but I already have downloaded the patch
