Is there anyway to take a save game, and find out which newgens have the highest potential?

I was thinking that perhaps it was possible to load a save game and filter it through the editor, but as a computer amateur i'm not sure if it's at all possible.

Any suggestions?

You can use tools as:

Mini Scout
FM Modifier
FM Genie Scout

and others.

FM Genie Scout 2008 is not ready yet, but will be in a few days...
