My friend and I play network games very often but sometimes when we are both at one person's house and we want to play the game, the other person clicks on not connected and joins the network game, so 2 people are playing on one computer. Then we cant play it as a network game again, because when we are at separate houses, it will now say playing for both players, so the host wil have to retire the other player...is there any solution, can you play a network game as a normal 2 player game and keep switching?
You need to disconnect the player from the network.
You can do that either by going to the go on holiday thingy and ticking the 'disconnect from server' box. Or in game status, there's a button under new manager called 'disconnect from server'.
After that you can click on not connected and take control again.
