When they say 'Player X is twice the player of our second strongest striker 'Player Y'

I think this is a useful tool, but sometimes can be a bit frustrating.

I.e. I've got a left midfielder on loan who can also play left back. My usual left back isn't that good so I'm looking for a replacement.

It's njot much use to me to know that the potential left back isn't 'half the player of' the midfielder.

also when you have a player on loan, or are losing him at the end of the season on a bosman, it's not much use comparing it to him, but you want to compare it to the players who will be staying with the club.

As far as I know the answer is no, however you can create a player search filter by clicking on misc. on a players screen.
