why is it when you look at a strikers history , it only ever shows his league history and not his cup goals?

It only shows the League history because this is the only true way to reflect a players ability.

what about champions league goals, isnt that an even better way to reflect a players ability?

Not really. It's not a level playing field. Anyway, the likes of Cheltenham don't play in the Champions League.

what the hell are you talking about, what have cheltenham got to do with anything

im talking about why for instance a players full goalscoring record in his career is not in his history , including cup games etc, as it is in real life

Every team plays league games. Fact.
Not every team plays Champions League games. Also fact.
So you can't really compare players goalscoring records like that.
