I've seen Newcastle,Everton and blackburn relegated in three seperate seasons.They all came back up the next season.

newcastle are the biggest ive seen this is in FMH07

the went down in 2018, its now 2025 there still in the championship

other teams with them include

villa
pompey
blackburn
wigan

Bayern Munich & AC Milan are now second tier teams in my FM07 save & have been for over 5 years.

As for the biggest losers the award must go to Valencia who found themselves in the 3rd tier of Spanish football for a couple of years.

i dunno if it's just me but does blackburn seem to get relegated heaps in not only fm08 but previous ones as well??

Ive seen lazio relegated quite few times in the past few games, in fact they've just got relegated last season, and its only 2011. I also took liverpool to promotion after they got relegated, this was in FM 07, and the late 2010's. I agree with Ben Mann about blackburn, in 08 at least, I've played 4 full seasons on 08 (due to having to do lots of essays, otherwise it would be double that by now) and they've just been relegated for the 2nd time.
