I've seen similar, I'll get a corner at the end of time added on, the ball will be put out by a defender, then the ref calls time.

On the other hand if they've got a corner/free kick/etc it lets them take four corners in a row, then a penalty when we finally give one away.

It is quite frustrating when you're almost screaming at the ref to call time and he's all but giving the other team shot after shot.

Perception when coupled with bias is a wonderful thing.

I've had extra added on time in my favour and also had it against me, annoying in both respects dependent on your own teams position.
