Next year I want a difficulty slider! This is a must for me, as at times I can't enjoy the game - it gets too frustrating for my nerves. Leading 2-0 at halftime, then opponents have 3 shots on goal, they score 3, and of course my team forgets how to play attacking football, and therefore I lose 2-3.. Next thing I wanna do is throw computer out of the window and kill everyone in sight.. Few deep breaths and I'm fine though..

Well I'm struggling like hell, and even went back to Beta 2 for a day or so, but I'm back enjoying the challenges presented by 801 which is great apart from 1on1 issues and corners both of which can almost be overcome.

Seems the OP has gotten carried away with sweeping generalisms derived from the poor state of the GQ board.

There have since I can recall ALWAYS been a contingent on here unhappy with the game, but we are talking about less than a hundred people surely, how many thousands are enjoying it and getting on with it?

You seem to have forgotten when FM2005 came out and needed "enhancement packs". Now, that was a riot!

i would disagree with that "fact". fully patched 07 had nothing as bad as the current problems with one on ones, poor defending ai, corners, and slow developing regens.
