I’m livid to tell you the truth. My Sister who will be travelling alone for another short break was booked up to travel to Egypt and had everything booked for a top Hotel for 19th November 2007.
We received a call from your representative and I gave him my sister’s two mobile numbers. Has this representative contacted her – NO! She got her information and holiday reference together and phoned her self to be told that although the person could not deal with her she could confirm a change of accommodation, good thing is she can get a refund as they changed her holiday as long as its before three hours before the flight.

We checked this accommodation while trying to get in contact with someone who could deal with this issue and the Hotel reviews are shocking to say the least(Grand Plaza Hotel Sharm el Sheikh) this Hotel got terrible reviews and I mean terrible with some feeling unsafe and some had food poisoning.

I’m Furious that a company can attempt to operate like this, she has just returned from Dubai from a five star resort and this was all handled by another company first class.

Again shocking phoning after four o’clock on a Saturday when she travels on the Monday. My advice was to cancel and I'd make sure we got something fixed at Barrhead travel tomorrow.

Be assured I’ll never use the Company, I was considering doing so.

ordered a deal off last minute.com to Barca, paid slightly more for 4 nights than it usually costs for 1 in this hotel, the main reason was because it was a shitty room, we turned up and the bloke was like "no no no, this room will not do for you two!" and upgraded us to some smug suite xwise
