PC version is buggy to say the least.
Can't enter any of the online modes as it crashes straight back to the Desktop
It also randomly crashes at points in the game - had to start 4 seperate League Competitions due to it crashing.
Will be taking it back this afternoon for refund, spending that cash on beer or something else useful and waiting for them to sort the damn thing out
I mean - my PC cost me £650 for the base unit on it's own - it's one of the top range models kit wise.
Oh - and it was fully updated driverwise too...

The IGN review complains about mistakes with the competitions/tournaments in the game (e.g. Carling Cup Final not being played at Wembley). Here's an excerpt: Quote: |
You could dismiss this as nitpicking, but for fifty English pounds you'd frankly expect better. Amidst one of the world's biggest game developers, it would probably have taken one person one day to check the facts. Football Manager doesn't make such mistakes, and that's put together by some hairy- arsed blokes in a tower block in east London. The difference is that they know and care about football.

To be fair to them, their complaint is that EA made the effort to get licenses for the competitions but don't bother to implement the correct rules and formats.

| Not to this level of detail. Gives you pointers and ratings on your position play. Played as Cesc earlier and just giving and going in triangles is good fun.
Ignoring reviews, as i've seen three. One over the top, another semi over the top, and one claiming it's s**t. All wrong.
