Tbh, with young children you'd surely put them to bed and then keep coming back to check? You're not going to go on holiday and then either (a) spend all night, every night in the hotel room watching CNN (b) keep the small kids up 'till very late.

Sorry, but just how stupid is it to leave a three-year-old kid by herself in a Hotel room with so many people round when it's sure some of them have already seen the girl with the parents.
