Some of the stuff on Sky News showing people charging in to a store to buy one is quite scary tbh

No 3G support, no Flash Player, locked into one network (and unlocking invalidates the warranty and could brick the device apparently), no real ability to use thrid party apps on it.

And as usual - the tranche of ads bashing the competition for "not looking as cool"

Is it really the industry shattering revolutionary device that the fanboys have us believe or are there much better alternatives on the market that do more and actually let you change the battery yourself if it runs out?

I heard it costs £800 overall if you include the contract. If you're so desperate to be able to listen to music and make phone calls while out and about, why not buy a phone and an iPod? The incovenience of carrying extra stuff around in your pockets is more than made up for by the hundreds of pounds you'll save.

Garbage 2mp camera that isnt capable of video recording.

It'll be bought by ponces who only buy phones that look good rater than those that actually like functionality.

its not a garbage camera, yes the megapixel count is lower than other camera phones but the lens quality is much higher.

My phone is about 5 years old. It does what i want it to do tho, and act like a phone!

No it isn't that revolutionary and there are better alternatives depending on what you want to use it for.

I'm just going off the review I watched on the gadget show. They were less than impressed with it.
