Never afterwards, but he had managed to some success at Middlesbrough, Sheff Wed and briefly at Newcastle.
Never laid out cones for Walsall though.

sorry but what was wrong with jack charlton? i thought italy 90 and usa 94 were irelands best achievements(apart from 2002 where they equalled 94's achievement), and both came under him didnt they?

i suppose, but then again getting goods results playing badly is better than getting no where playing badly surely?
