at least the foreign snobbery is based on what actually happens week in week in the premiership: foreign players being better than english ones.

I am a little intrigued as to how you're going to level 'foreign snobbery' at me, but not overly bothered.
You can state specifics, but you'd have to explain what the f**k you're on about in the first place, which should be amusing so yeah, go ahead.

i'm not sure who you're trying to kid SDS tbh.
This foreign snobbery is immediate dismissal of somebody because they are English, and then are suddenly followed up by the, oh so ironic posts of "ENGLISH PASSION". This thing has basically gone full circle now, its to the point of nauseum when you have to hear why on the face of it some foreigner is just thought of as being slightly better just for the mere fact that hes foreign.
The other week blatant dismissal of gareth barry, when he could do just as good as job as some of the foreigners in the country but hes probably hindered by the fact hes foreign. Its like when Sam Allardyce made the point he should change his name to some foreign one and he might of got a bit more respect at the time, and at the best of times i think hes a cnut but he definately had a point with this one.
This attitude now is filtering into our youth systems with many clubs favouring to look abroad to bring in players to their academies rather than nurturing the talent in this country
