I was a great uncle at 15, and am a uncle to loads who are older than me.

when my dad's mum died (years ago, he was about 14 at the time) my dads dad eventually remarried but to someone who was only a few years older than my dad. So my dad is 57 and my dad's step mum is in her early 60s.

He married a 40 year old when he was 25. Her daughter was 14/15. She had a baby at 16. Which makes him a grandad of sorts, i think, or something like that.
