Probate Law in England and Wales
Quick query for any English or Welsh lawyers out there - what are the requirements for a valid Will down there?
In Scotland we're subject to the Requirements of Writing (Scotland) Act, but that obviously doesn't apply to an English Will.
Any handy websites that I can trust? Can't find the info I need immediately on the Probate Service site!!
Thanks.
