The one at the Bulgarian care home? Words fail me at this point, can't believe some of the things that that the Bulgarian government think is 'satisfactory'.
You see starving Africans, and you feel immense pity, yet they make the best of it, you see them fight for survival, they sing and dance, they till the fallow earth, and pull together. They have family, something to live for...
Those children in that care home, my sister's dog is treated better than that. No compassion, no interaction, no empathy. Most of them mute, some only there for being deaf or blind, and left to rot.
The 18 year old girl (she looked like a Belsen victim) had a broken leg which was clearly obvious, which they ignored as they dressed her, dismissing her cries of agony. She looked about 10, as due to the gruel they were fed she'd never started puberty.
I may be a twat at times, but at least i've had that opportunity. Really quite shocking the mindset Bulgarians hold towards the vunerable.

The kid at the end who was rocking in a world of his own, as soon as the English woman took his hand, he leapt up, grabbing along her arm, until he hugged her.
That's all he needed, some comfort.

If you didn't see it, fair enough. Most of the kids were malnourished, and as i've said looked like Holocaust victims. They were never let outside, the playground, swimming pool and physio facilities were never used.
The nurses were lugging them about like rag dolls, the children were left to sit on pottys for hours on end, even those incapable of walking, as it was easier for staff.
The food was gruel like in appearance, and forced down their throats, the kids rocked constantly. One girl only had mild autism, could talk, write, was intelligent, yet she showed signs of succumbing, as she had started to rock. Her mother had dumped her at 18 specifically asking not to see her again.
I only wish that was the only things they had to contend with.
