I saw something to do with this on the news the other day, utterly shocking scenes
some of footgae of the 16/17 year olds just left in cots with their bones bent in all directions and just left there was horrific

It really was awful, i can't sleep now thinking about hte little blind boy, who just stands there for hours, still as a statue, until a "carer" decides to pull him into another room, as someone said earlier on, words fail me. The "Director" of the Institute was clearly a cretin, all she wanted when asked was a new computer? And at the end when she finally had the stones to talk to the reporter she said it was a nice place and she would like to stay here! The reporter should have challenged her to stay there for a week. They were just waiting to die, nothing else, just waiting for death, maybe somebody should put those kids out of their misery, it can not get much worse for them.

| Wouldn't expect it from a developed EU country. The EU didn't even use the improvement of these places as a stipulation of joining, so nothing was done.
And they now want Turkey thrown into the EU mix?
