Never unless it's cutting off circulation - once every 6 months or so for a few hours.
Wife takes hers off when she's in the shower so she doesn't get all the hair chemical **** women use on it.

Are rings allowed on a football pitch? Well maybe no such rule for the level you play on but still?

In any form of organized volleyball you wouldn't be allowed on the pitch with your rings on.

My question was really aimed at practical stuff like some have answered.

Got married last month so it still feels alien. Not in a bad way. But just that I can feel I never used to have a ring there.I suppose within a year it will be like it was always there.
