Former Lions skipper Gregory dies
Former Great Britain captain Mike Gregory has died after a four-year battle with a neurological disease, a family spokesman has announced.
Gregory, who was just 43-years-old, had been suffering from a form of Motor Neurone Disease.
In 2004, the illness forced Gregory to leave his job as Wigan coach.
During a distinguished playing career, Gregory captained Warrington and Great Britain, including on a tour to New Zealand, and won over 20 Lions caps.

who? why post this [/gregg]
though
Its to do with egg chasing, Gregg will be inconsolable.
Personally I've never been into rugby AT ALL, but I knew who Mike Gregory was, and what a great captain of Great Britain he was. Weird circumstances in his death too, getting progressively worse and worse after an insect bite in Australia apparantly triggered it years ago.

If it's the same fella I'm thinking of he was part of an awesome Wigan team with the likes of Offiah, Hanley, the Iro brothers and Jason Robinson, and also playing with Jonathan Davies at Warrington
Mike Gregory R.I.P.
