played the game religiously for 2 years (uni student ).. when the lvl cap was 60 i was a fully epic'ed warrior (did MC etc) but when the expansion came out they made warriors just TOO bad (nerfed them way too much) plus my guild disbanded so re-rolled warlock case they were always raping me in pvp and went back to my old guild which is just full of my real life mates.. much more fun

work full time now so rarely get to play the game

I always found it easy to own locks with a fury warrior. You have all sorts of stuff to make you immune to fear and you do that groin injury (or whatever) and the lock can't run away from you and he is down.


Hunters on the other hand are a ****ing cheat and their pets can get the **** off.

We're by far the worst class to play in pvp, because all someone has to do is run at us and we're ****ed.

Ask any caster how much they love the dead zone.

My wife would kill me if I played it.....i can get hooked into these games (Oblivion was bad enough), and from all accounts I have heard this is tres addictive.......

Why is it that everyone thinks that their own class 'sucks' in PvP? I used to play a Rogue, the class didn't suck in PvP, but I certainly did, and I'm happy to admit it!

Played the game for around 2 years on and off whilst I was a Student, got my Rogue to 65 before I finally got bored / ran out of free time. Really enjoyed it when I did play, but I think it pretty much ran its course for me.

Started playing this summer and got to 65 with my lock. Havent played since school started. Thinking of starting again though, go up to 70 at least.

Every class has their strengths and weaknesses, no doubt - I hate rogues the most when I play them because it's a continous circle of sap, stun, backstab, and just trying to stop being dazed long enough to hit scatter shot.
I've no problems against healers, warriors of any class, but locks with fear and deathcoil are right up there with rogues for pain in the arse factor in PvP and arena.
Mages exploit the deadzone for hunters well, so that's another I don't like.

tbh I've seen some shockingly bad players in exceptional gear - in both pve and pvp - and some great players in crap gear - depends on the class, the talents and the person mashing the buttons at the end of the day.

Given that I'm survival spec'd for raids and not beastmaster, it's no coincidence I don't like (and am rather rubbish at) PvP.
