So, attached to the Transformers movie was a trailer that seems to have gripped the internet with a fever, for the new JJ Abrams movie, which some are suggesting is called Cloverfield. Alternative names have been suggested, Clover and Parasite seem to be favourites, but speculation is all we have, since no official title has been given for the production. In fact, almost no-one even knew this movie existed up untill a few days ago.

It's set to come out January 18th, but whether we'll be looking at a global launch is unknown. A little snooping has revealed that shooting began last month in New York, with Michael Stahl David, Mike Vogel, and Lizzy Kaplan all on board.

After viewing the trailer some folk are suggesting it's a Godzilla movie, due to the noises you can hear. That's unconfirmed. All we do know is that the whole movie is shot in the style of camcorders used by people who go through an attack on New York City.

As is the tradition nowadays to help build up a cult following before a movie launches, websites has started to pop up online, thought to be attached to the movie. The first two are connected to Ethan Haas, a reported character in the movie. Ethanhaaswasright.com is a puzzle of sorts, no idea what it all means, as I've not paid it much attention yet, while ethanhaaswaswrong.blogspot.com links to a blog which seems to say whether rumours about the movie are true or not. Whether it can be trusted is another matter of course.

We all know JJ Abrams and his work, so I fully expect this movie to be a hot topic over the coming months as anticipation builds. Speculations, rumours and theories are all welcome folks, this looks like it could be fffffffffffffffffb.

Ok, solved the first puzzle, got video footage of some dude in a darkened room, going on about predictions of the future coming true, loads of people dying, and the need to recruit more people to the cause by sending them to the site to prove themselves.

Ooooo, there's a little email game attached too. I clicked a str that appeared in the sky, and my email client popped up, it was a hidden "contact me" link. Emailed and I got a response telling me the guy I mailed (Van) has gone into hiding. Seems there are five puzzles to unlock a keycode.

think my initial theory from the trailer is hinted at more on those websites. My initial thought was the 'earthquake' was caused by something hitting the earth, the ball on the first website is maybe an indication of this.
