An update, of sorts.
That message from Abrams to AICN has been widely reported as either fake or untrustworthy. Rumours also abound that the movie will have attached an RPG game, formats not yet confirmed. This guy is rumoured to be involved in the production of the movie, and has been "leaking stuff", mostly using anagrams and other word games to get out small clues and such. One of his word games resulted in the words "it isn't Godzilla".
Obviously this is all conjecture and guesswork so far, but damn if it ain't fun. Most movies nowadays, we know everything about them months before they sometimes even start production, so this is a welcome change.

Oh, and if anyone can read sanskrit, you might want to check out the sites I linked in the first post, some of them have what I think is sanskrit writings on them, translating them proving to be a bit impossible, since I don't talk it  | |
