Saw a good fish recipe on Huey's Cooking Adventures (basically a fat Kiwi standing in front of his kitchen arsing about and making a right mess of the plate).

Stick the fish piece in foil, make up a sauce of honey, spring onions/shallots and olive oil, whack it in the oven for 15 (?) minutes at 210 (which is probably degrees, not farenheit). The 2nd one was the fish, with a layer of tomato ontop.

Looked great.

Oh and I boiled the gubbins up in the water for a good while before putting the fish in... spent about 30 - 40 minutes brewing it up before starting the veg and the fish at roughly the same time.

Well you know what I mean. All that 'do as I say' stuff was how the second world war started. I am happy I averted the hat trick.
