Just thought of this as I yet again found myself pouring a glass of wine out about 5 minutes ago.

Personally it's about 4 nights a week, sometimes more. The vast majority of those times are in the house by myself as the Mrs has gone to bed (She gets up for work at 5am so is normally in bed by 10) and I'm sat at the PC bored silly. Normal intake will be between a half bottle to full bottle of wine, or 4 cans of lager.

I probably should cut down a bit if I'm honest but I'm not that bothered by it, but I'm curious as to what others get through.

So what about it OTF - How many nights a week do you consume alcohol? And however often that is, do you think it's too much? How much will you put away on a normal night, and is it by yourself or in company?

depends if i have any money. but im in final year now, and i drink about 10 times less than i do now.

on average through the year probably about once a week. quite oftern go two months wothout drinking if im not in a social occasion.

how much is too much?: someone i know drinks a full bottle of whiskey a night must spend £80-£120+ a week just on that, that's too much

Dont drink alcohol at all. I drink a lot of orange juice tho. Probably like a litre a day.
