Have not had a drink since the birth of my new son 8 weeks ago and would dare say I wont again!
Feel absolutely brilliant as a result.

I only allow myself to drink one night a week. Alcoholism runs in my family and I have an addictive personality that's given me problems in the past. So one night per week only, and even then I watch how much I have.

I only drink in company so about once or twice a week, but then i drink A LOT.

Only when I go out with my mates, never at home. So, once or twice a week at most? Never been a prolific drinker tbh.
