Slow heat it in the oven.
It'll stop the bread getting soggy as well.

Meatball Marinara are awesome, when you can keep the whole thing in your bread that is.
Italian BMT just all round subway king though.

Is Subway really all that bad? It looks pretty fresh to me, more so than a Big Mac certainly.

| Well the sauces are pretty salty, but my main gripe with it is that you can usually get a much nicer sandwich or baguette from a local bakery or whatever, for about half the price.
