Oh and Ketchup is horrid, if you need it on most of your food then you should either learn to cook properly or just stop eating bland food.

I read an article which reckoned that Ketchup reduces the risks of cancer, because it counts as a portion of veg.

You could not make that **** up

Ditto.

BBQ sauce or Mayo is where it's at.

Ketchup should only be eaten with Shepherd's Pie, chips or in a Fish Finger sandwich (although sweet chilli sauce works better ).

Putting it on anything else is proof that it is badly cooked or requires ketchup to enhance its taste.
Which asks the question, why are you eating the food in the first the place?

The same could be said of every condiment though, right? I guess the addition of your choosing enhances whatever you're eating, whether it's sauce/pickle/mayo/salt/pepper etc.

I can't stand it when people add masses of salt onto whatever they're eating too. It's bad for you and just makes the thing taste of salt. Meh.

I agree on the salt, never put it on anything. I'm a sucker for vinegar on chips though, divine.
