heh, we've got a "men's only" swimming session, which is generally all muslims, which I usually have to police, and they basically think they can do whatever they want. I don't think it's anything to do with god though, more the fact that there's loads of young males and little boys there, the guy who runs it will bollock them though if he's there :thup:

i notice that you've said you "run" to the incident a few times in what you've been typing. are you advised to run, or is it fast walking because of the slippy conditions, etc?

Wouldn't have a clue where to start with cpr. I'd probably start hammering away on the chest and break the kid's ribcage or something.

Would like to do a course but cba to pay for one.

well we're not sprinting, but yes running, I had flip flops on, and I'm used to walking/running on poolside so it's not that risky. We're advised to walk, but there's no chance I'm going to amble up the poolside when there's a serious incident.

I remember learning years back, think it was at school though. Havent a clue now, this is why i dont visit pools
