It was announced in the patch theard in GQ.

IIrc they said that they had just started the final build of the patch and if testing was successful it MAY be released late tonight.

With this many people online and most of them no doubt repeatedly hitting refresh, even if the patch is ready it'll take several hours to upload and several more to download.

Probably be quicker just to have a look tomorrow morning.
