growing up as an aspiring goalie in the 70s & 80s scottish keepers used to get pelters on saint & greavsie, ( particulary from greavsie ).
deservedly so cos they were crap back then, but its turned full circle now, i mean your top goalies are robinson: fat, makes blunders, carson: young, makes blunders, david james: ha ha!, kirkland: always injured, makes blunders!

This is all a bit Alan Rough.
Thought exactly the same thing tonight around 8:10pm. As did my wee irn-bru guzzling missus who consistently reminded me for the next 80 minutes.
Gloating does no-one any favours and most English fans know we didn't deserve to qualify and hadn't done all the way through the dozen games.

i remember shilton, best ever in world, clemence, close to shilts, woods, immense, seaman, presence, made blunders.
its just that, why are you not blaming your goalis for qualification? we know where we went wrong.
