You guys probably won’t believe me but I have a Masters degree. Thought that would sort me out but all employees do is turn me down due to the lack of experience. So ever this past two years now been working at my family business.
Now it has got to the stage where I just can't take it no more. Been out looking, applying but always the same answer.

Probably best to do something or even plan to do something about your situation rather than post on here, where 95% of posts (including this one) will give sarky replies...

You must surely be earning at least a 1k a month? Surely? You should have what, half of that after bills etc?
A crappy answering phones job gives like 14k.

Yes but a lot of employers are happy to employ people with no experience if they have a good education. If you have no education and no experience then you are a bit ****ed when it comes to landing a good job right off the bat.
Although considering the guy posts on here he must be half decent with a PC and a 35-40 hour week doing data input pays about £14k up north.

But yeah, what othe rpeople have said, got to sit down and think through your options, things are rarely as bad as they seem. Might be a bit s**t at the moment but I guarentee there are ways to work through it.
| I work in a family business that pays peanuts. Basically our turn over is enough to pay off bills and acquire stock to sell. Thats it. I dont have a wage really. it's a dump. Seriously give up. If I leave to say London there is no one here to help.
