With the right attitude there are loads of things you could do without having much experiance. There are plenty of places that do their own in-job training and what not.

You just have to put yourself out there and go for it.

Been off work now through illness a year in December now i would always moan about my hours and pay when working but trust me I would love to be able to get back to work.

I know how easy it is to get down and depressed but trying to think and act positive makes the world of difference.

How much do you earn? Where do you live? Surely you can find a place to live inc bills that doesn't take literally all of your wages unless you earn about £1 an hour and live in London.

But yeah, what othe rpeople have said, got to sit down and think through your options, things are rarely as bad as they seem. Might be a bit s**t at the moment but I guarentee there are ways to work through it.

Some people are destined to have a life of hardship where they work long hours for crap pay and graft hard for life at that level. If you are one of those people then you need to find something you enjoy and cling to that.

If you arent then ask yourself why you are in a crap job. Apply for others, go out of your way to learn new skills, graft hard at what you do to earn a promotion.

We all start at the bottom and for those who havent got degrees and A levels we have all had those 40 hour boring jobs that pay £12k but you get the experience, you do well and you move on to bigger and better things.
