Im meant to have it every year as I'm in an at risk group cos I got asthma or something, I ALWAYS put it off though and I'm not dead yet! so....

mezzair - I have mild asthma too, and I've still not worried about it. I wouldn't let it bother you, just do healthy stuff like exercise and have a decent diet with plenty of fresh fruit and veg.
