In this case:

1) Independiente sold him for 19 m dollars (90%)
2) Independiente still owns 10% (which corresponds to 3 600 000 or more)
3) PlusvalÃ*a (I don't know how this is called in English) of 20% over the original 18 m Euros; I think it's like a sell-on clause.

I think if he is sold, Independiente will get 3 600 00 Euros or more (the value depends on the min fee) + 3 600 000 (the plusvalÃ*a thing), totalling then 28 m dollars (from the original 19 m value).

Villarreal do a very good job recruiting S. American players and preparing them for Soanish/Euro football.

Diego GodÃ*n was good at Nacional and he did well in Copa Libertadores too.
