Maybe the thread's title could be changed to "South America's Road to the World Cup Official Thread", so we can talk about the other nat'l teams.
And then we won't need to open a new thread on that subject, which wouldn't really be worthy.

He has been a first teamer in most of Boca's games this season, but I think he's not ready yet for the nat'l team.

Yea, but the ones selected, playing in Europe are better than the ones who could be selected from Brazil (except maybe Afonso/Mineiro and ofc Vágner).
But Dunga does seem to ignore many players from Brazil even when they play well (like Rogério Ceni and probably others).
Souza dissing Afonso there |

i hope Peru, Chile and Colombia accompany Arg and Brazil into finals
| Thanks!
I hope Chile, Colombia and Uruguay reach the WC.
But I like all the teams, even Bolivia (the crappiest team here). |

He will play most of Boca's games (unless injured like now).
Milito though, should be there ahead of Saviola IMO.

Souza dissing Afonso there | And Doni, we have better goalies here than Doni.
But I do think Dunga could try some more Brazil-based players.
Regarding Afonso, he is still pretty unknown here, but a year ago he was almost completely unknown.

Oh yea, i didn't feel the need to mention Doni, too obvious that he is rubbish.
