Gobble gobble bitches. It's that time of year again.....the best damn holiday by far. No religion, no gifts, no dressing up, just lots of eating, drinking, family and good ol American football!
Off to the in-laws today. Just 6 of us tomorrow for Thanksgiving but Friday is their all-day holiday kickoff party with people coming and going all day. I've gained weight just thinking about it.
Everyone enjoy and be safe and let's be thankful that we were smart enough to take this great land from the natives. And lets be thnakful that we only have one more long year of this nightmare created by the supreme douchebag team of Bush/Cheney and the rest of the facist cabal.
For the rest of you, enjoy your day at work or school but be thankful that we don't take your land (except to those countries that this doesn't apply)

Holiday Travelers Hit the Road, Skies

With Turkey Beckoning, Travelers Hit the Road, Skies, Train Tracks; Record Numbers Expected
NEW YORK (AP) -- Millions of Americans showed up at airports and train stations early Wednesday in hopes of getting a jump on what was predicted to be the largest Thanksgiving pilgrimage ever -- despite rising gas prices and fears of air delays.
A record 38.7 million U.S. residents were expected to travel 50 miles or more for the holiday. Some were hoping to beat the evening rush on what is often called the busiest travel day of the year.
Thankfully (pun intended?) I only have a painless hour train ride

Wow, Jason. I hope the Swedish bikini team catches a flat right outside your home. Might balance out the situation.
Heading over to the aunt's place tomorrow for the family hoedown. Typical northeast Thanksgiving, with everything pretty much by the book: big bird with stuffing, cranberry jelly, candied yams, and a pumpkin pie.
I haven't eaten yet today.
