Had mine a week before the buttons cracked,And the speaker quality is ****.Sent back to get fixed 2 months ago,heard nothing since.
Buy the w580i instead,Basically same phone with a walkman built-in.And better speaker quality because of it.
ps: Buttons are different also. ie. no cracked buttons!!

It's not for me, my girlfriends phone has packed up and she mentioned this one so I was thinking of getting her a new one for Christmas, this is the one she mentioned, purely because she could get it in purple. The one you mentioned does look pretty good though. I'll pretend I'm looking at getting a new one myself and see what she thinks of it :thup:
